Please read these conditions carefully before proceeding with a purchase.
An account is created for you within Pharabius portal once you have completed the process of registration. This will allow you to purchase a product and thus access an e-course. In using the Pharabius portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and prevent unauthorised access to your account. You should change your password if you have any reason to believe that it has been compromised. You can access and update your information from 'My Details' menu item once you have logged in.
All information given by you through this portal will be securely held. None of the information will be shared with third parties and will not be used for any other purpose without you explicit permission. Pharabius portal may send you information relating to news, sales promotions or ask for your comments regarding the evaluation of its products.
Sponsors and affiliated companies are those third party entities who for the purpose of their business gain have offered financial or branding support to the Unovision Ltd with respect to a specific product. Such third party entities are, under our sponsorship agreement, entitled to request information from us in relation to the uptake of their sponsored product – this information will be statistical and will not identify individuals. Sponsors are also entitled to promote their products and services through Phrabius portal, Pharabius products, and related networking events where they may wish to make a presentation or be available as an expert resource.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Pharabius, you will receive an e-mail from Pharabius confirming the receipt of your order, plus a PayPal e-mail containing the details and cost of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a limited license for a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have granted access to you in respect of that product. That acceptance is complete at the time we send the confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed do not form part of that contract.
Pharabius grants you a limited licence, for a predefined period of time, to access and make use of an e-course and its associated courseware. This licence does not entitle you for resale or share of the course or its courseware with any other person.
All content included on Pharabius portal, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio & video clips, e-courses and courseware, are the property of Unovison Ltd, and its affiliates. You may not extract or utilise any part of the content for any purpose other than self-learning, or otherwise without written consent from Unovision Ltd.
Unovision Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the content of Pharabius portal, policies, and Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions in force at the time that you use this portal or that you purchase a product.
Unovision Ltd is the technical arm of Pharabius e-academy, and are responsible for design, development and delivery of Pharabius portal and the copyright ownership of all entities thereof.
